How do I request a service?
Sign in to the Customer Portal, choose the service, pick a provider or let the system choose, check the price and complete the payment. Then follow your request under “My requests”.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes. The price shown includes VAT, and its full breakdown is shown before you pay.
Can I cancel my request?
You can cancel the request before the provider starts working on it. If you have paid, the full amount goes back to your wallet at once; from the wallet page you can send what you paid by card back to the same card within 5 days.
